Remember a few weeks ago when Rick Santorum got into some hot water with the Dutch because he made a ridiculous claim that the Dutch euthanize their old folks willy nilly? He claimed that old Dutch folks are so scared that they wear Livestrong bracelets (rimshot) that say “Don’t euthanize me bro!”
Well, of course it turned out that Frothenstein was full of fecal matter, but when you’re a wingnut, “fact” has no meaning. In Wingnutsylvania, fact is merely whatever one happens to believe at the time:

You know, one of the worst parts of the prolonged clown car race is that every time one of these idiots speaks, our global image takes a hit. Many people around the world, and rightly so, cannot believe that this is one of the two national parties of importance in America.

What’s even worse is there are idjits in this country who lap up every word they spout.
For years I have been begging Scottie to “Beam me up” out of here but it never happened. Now, I think I died and went to hell & didn’t realize it until just now.
This “in his heart” deal, or the whole “I know that I know what I know” thing is a way of turning every stupidity into a religious tenet. Tim Murphy, a PA Republican, grilled Kathleen Sebelius re: the Pill, and whether it was abortifacient. She pointed out that it scientifically was not–but no–he religiously believed it was. And was adamantly wrong. It appears the worst of them want a religious exemption from reality, too.
With fascism being liberal and all it shouldn’t be a surprise that the Dutch are putting old people to sleep. In their minds. Scary, scary minds.
Well I don’t think Americans are stupid, at least by far not all of them. hopefully this man will not make it to the White House. I cannot get over the morons that the Republicans are offering as acceptable to become the Commander in Chief. I never thought I’d say this, but they’re worse than Bush Jr! I have decided that I will be moving to southern Canada if any of these imbeciles actually make it to the White House. I know that Obama hasn’t lived up to all of our expectations, and nearly every day I wish that he would grow a pair and tell the Republicans to go fuck themselves, but he is our best bet. And I so enjoy having a President who has an IQ with 3 digits.
I want to know how ignorant, stubborn and proud of it has become a good thing among these people.
