There you go. Funny or Die has produced the best possible response to the Hoekstra Super Bowl ad (about which your Angry Black Bloggers have fulminated here, here, and here) — because honestly now, the GOP is nothing if not laughable these days. (Ok, they’re also a smidge bit terrifying, but you see what I mean).
Laugh with me after the jump!
Oh, Funny or Die. You make me proud to be American!

As Big Joe says, ”For the first time, the Republicans are not hiding the ball. … They are saying what they believe, God love them. They are not even pretending.”
Speaking of not even pretending, this weekend’s CPAC convention will feature appearances by Mitt Romney, Rick Santorum, Newt Gingrich, Mitch McConnell, and other leading Republicans, alongside White Nationalist leader Peter Brimelow (h/t Little Green Footballs).
I believe the next step is wearing full KKK regalia on the floor of the House and Senate, and on the campaign trail.
I’m not sure what the long-term “strategery” behind the GOP’s “offend pretty much everyone” campaigns might be. But in some ways, I hope they don’t stop. As Ivan points out, they’re actually putting it all out in the open and now have to own it.
Love it
